Included Services and Limitations

The tours and excursions listed on this website include transportation by bus, plane, or boat, as indicated, entrance fees to monuments, meals if specified, and guide services. However, they do not include any kind of extras. Moreover, prices, schedules, and routes may be modified if circumstances warrant it. In such cases, the client may choose to either accept the changes or request a refund of the amount paid through the ticket issuing office. Please note that partial refunds or compensation are not available once the tour or visit has started.

Changes and Responsibilities

During the tour, all participants must follow the guidance and discipline of the tour guide, who holds sufficient authority to make any desirable or necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances, whether private or official. Furthermore, abandonment or separation from the group during the tour results in the loss of any rights to claim compensation, either total or partial.

The travel agency acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as transport companies and restaurants. Therefore, it cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, accidents, damages, or other irregularities that may occur.

Registration for any of these tours implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Modification of Frequencies and Routes

The organization reserves the right to adjust the frequency of the trips listed in this program, increasing or decreasing them depending on the high or low season. Additionally, the organization is not responsible for delays in maritime services or any extra expenses resulting from such delays.

The company also reserves the right to modify the itinerary or circuit if circumstances or problems arise with hotels or other services involved.

Legal Framework

These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws. They also comply with Decree 301/2002 of 17 December regarding Travel Agencies and Reservation Centers, issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Sport of the Junta de Andalucía.

According to Article 6.1.1.b) of Decree 301/2002, the supervising tourism authority is the Directorate General of Tourism Planning of the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Sport of the Junta de Andalucía.

Package Travel Regulations

Hiring package tours is subject to the provisions of Book IV of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as other complementary laws and the specific conditions agreed with users through the wholesale agency arranging the package.

When Costafrica, S.L. is the organizer of the chosen package, these conditions will apply accordingly.
