DAY 1 – COSTA DEL SOL – TARIFA – TANGER – RABAT – CASABLANCA
The journey begins on the Andalusian coast, where the blue of the Mediterranean bids us farewell as we set sail for Morocco, crossing the legendary Strait of Gibraltar, that stretch of sea connecting two worlds. Upon arrival in Tangier, a land of writers, spies, and fiery sunsets, we are welcomed by our guide, who will accompany us throughout the entire journey. We then head south, following the Atlantic coastline.
We stop in Assilah, a jewel of sea and art. This charming coastal town surprises us with its colorful murals decorating every corner of its medina, contrasting with its clean white walls. The blue doors and the ocean breeze invite us to wander aimlessly and simply let ourselves go. Here we will have free time for lunch, perhaps accompanied by the gentle rhythm of the waves and the aroma of fresh fish.
In the afternoon, we continue on to Rabat, the country’s elegant and dignified capital. Arrival at the hotel marks the end of a first day full of contrasts and serene beauty. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2 – CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH
Breakfast. Waking up in Casablanca offers a new perspective on modern Morocco. We enjoy a panoramic tour along its ocean-facing avenues, where French colonial architecture blends seamlessly with Moroccan style. Among its jewels stands the Mezquita Hassan II, imposing yet delicate, and one of the few mosques open to non-Muslims. Those who wish may enter to admire its marble floors, carved ceilings, and the blue tones that merge with the sea (entrance not included).
Afterwards, we leave the coast behind and head inland, where the most magical city of the itinerary awaits us: Marrakech. Upon arrival, time seems to stand still and the traveler’s soul begins to beat to the rhythm of drums and the aromas of the medina.
Dinner and overnight stay at a comfortable hotel. The evening is free to begin savoring the Red City under the stars.
DAY 3 – MARRAKECH
We wake up in the vibrant soul of southern Morocco. After breakfast, an unforgettable tour awaits us through the most emblematic corners of Marrakech, an imperial city that still preserves its Almoravid splendor and medieval essence.
We will visit the Palacio de la Bahía, a jewel of Andalusian architecture, where mosaics, courtyards, and latticework tell stories of sultans and concubines. We will stroll to the serene Jardines de la Menara, a reflection of symmetry and calm, and admire the exterior of the Mezquita Kutubía, the architectural sister of Seville’s Giralda.
In the heart of the medina, we will wander through the souks and stalls overflowing with color and life, eventually arriving at the ever-lively spectacle of Plaza Jemaa el-Fna, where snake charmers, Gnawa musicians, and storytellers perform in an endless open-air theater. Lunch (included) and a free afternoon to continue discovering the city’s secrets at your own pace or simply surrender to the enchantment of its streets.
Free dinner with the option to attend the “Fantasia Chez Ali” dinner show (optional). Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 4 – MARRAKECH – MOHAMMEDIA – TANGER
After breakfast, we say goodbye to Marrakech, not without taking one last look at its ochre walls, knowing that its memory will remain with us.
We begin our journey back north and make a special stop in Mohammedia, a charming coastal town known for its beaches and fresh fish. Free time to enjoy lunch by the Atlantic— a delightful pause before continuing on to Tangier, where our final night in Morocco awaits us.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Travelers may choose to take a stroll along the boulevard or simply relax, allowing the memories of the journey to settle gently into the soul.
DAY 5 – TANGER – TARIFA – COSTA DEL SOL
After breakfast, we transfer to the port to board the ferry that once again crosses the Strait of Gibraltar. In just under an hour, Morocco fades into the horizon as Europe welcomes us in Tarifa, the city of wind.
We then continue on to our points of origin along the Costa del Sol. End of a journey that is not merely a tour of imperial cities, but a cultural, sensory, and deeply human experience that leaves a lasting impression.
