4 Days tour to Morocco from Benalmadena

4 Days tour to Morocco from Benalmadena
Day 1 – Costa del sol – Tarifa – Tangier – Asilah – Rabat
The journey begins on the Andalusian coast, where the Mediterranean bids farewell as we depart towards Tarifa and cross the legendary Strait of Gibraltar. This narrow stretch of sea connects Europe and Africa, so from the very first moment the experience feels extraordinary. Upon arrival in Tangier, a city long associated with writers and diplomats, our guide welcomes the group and outlines the route for the coming days.
We then travel south along the Atlantic coastline until we reach Asilah, a charming seaside town renowned for its artistic identity. Its medina displays vibrant murals that contrast beautifully with the whitewashed walls, while blue doors and the ocean breeze create a relaxed atmosphere. Here you will enjoy free time for lunch, perhaps tasting fresh fish while listening to the sound of the waves.
In the afternoon, we continue to Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital. After hotel check-in, you will have time to unwind before dinner. Overnight stay in Rabat.
Day 2 – Rabat – Fez
After breakfast, we explore Rabat, an imperial city that combines history and refinement. We visit the Hassan Tower, an unfinished yet imposing minaret, as well as the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, guarded by royal sentinels. These landmarks reflect the country’s heritage and architectural mastery.
We then depart for Fez, considered the spiritual and intellectual heart of Morocco. Following lunch, we admire the monumental gates of the Royal Palace and enter the medina of Fez El Bali, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Through Bab Boujloud, the famous blue gate, we access a labyrinth of alleys filled with artisans, markets and centuries-old traditions. We also visit a medersa, which showcases intricate Islamic design. In the evening, you may explore local gastronomy or attend an optional dinner show.
Day 3 – Fez – Chefchaouen – Tangier
Breakfast precedes our departure towards the Rif Mountains, where Chefchaouen awaits. As the road ascends through green hills, the town appears, painted almost entirely in shades of blue. Walking through its narrow streets feels serene and inspiring, because blue façades, flowerpots and hand-painted doors create a unique visual harmony.
At Outta El Hammam Square, you will enjoy free time for lunch and relaxation. Founded in 1471, the town later became a refuge for Moriscos and Jews, which shaped its cultural identity. In the afternoon, we return to Tangier for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 – Tangier – Tarifa – Costa del Sol
After breakfast, you will have free time in Tangier to stroll through the kasbah, browse the souk or enjoy mint tea overlooking the Strait. At the scheduled time, we board the ferry and return to Spain, concluding a four-day tour from the Costa del Sol to Morocco filled with culture, history and unforgettable landscapes.
